Feel right at home in this beautiful one-story home in a quiet & safe neighborhood. A King Bed in each bedroom makes for a comfy stay and a sofa bed in the living room accommodates a couple extra guests. An open floor plan gives you plenty of space in the living area. The kitchen has everything you'll need for your cooking/eating pleasure. The home is complete with high speed internet, 2-50" TV's and 1-55" TV with netfix. There's a spacious laundry room off the kitchen with a high capacity washer and dryer. This lovely home is located 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to the Rez, 10-15 minutes to Jackson and 4 minutes to the Dogwood center which has a plethora of restaurants and shopping. Ideal for business travel or families.

Other Things To Note:
There are 4 parking places in the driveway and enough room for a boat. There is no parking in the street. Pelahatchie Shore Park is nearby and has a boat ramp to access the Rez. Guest may not use the Property for any purpose other than that of a private residential stay by the specified number of guests indicated in the Guest's reservation. Additional overnight guests are prohibited unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Owner.

The Guest and those in the Guest's party shall not engage in any activity that (a) may be a nuisance or become an annoyance to the Owner or occupants of nearby homes or (b) might invalidate any insurance policies in effect on the Property. We have a noise monitoring device that monitors noise level but does not record voices. Thank you for keeping the noise level down to be respectful of our neighbors.

The Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the reservation and keep the security deposit paid by Guest if the number of people at the Property exceeds the limits provided for herein or if the Police are called to the Property for excessive noise.

A $300 Security Deposit will be held (not charged) to your credit card 2 days before arrival and released a few days after departure.

3% Cancellation Fee due to credit card charges

Well behaved dogs are allowed but guest must obtain permission from the owner to have pets on the property and pay the pet fee ($75 per pet per stay). There is a maximum of 2 pets and must be under 30 lbs. Guest agrees to keep pets off of all furniture/beds and to crate pet overnight and when unsupervised or left alone in the house. Guest also agrees to clean up pet droppings from property. If excessive pet hair is found on the furniture or beds an additional cleaning fee will be assessed.

SMOKING is prohibited in the house!! ($250 fine)

The minimum age to reserve the home is 23 years old.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

1. The Rental Agreement must be signed within 2 days of booking. 2. You will receive complete check-in instructions a couple days before your arrival if you have signed the rental agreement. 3. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. 4. Guests must be 23 years older (with the exception of children with their parents) 5. Cancellation policy: 97% refund within 2 weeks of arrival date 6. 6 Person Maximum 7. There are outside cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. 13.
